Muscle Tattoo – Membership Terms & Privacy Policy

These Terms & Privacy Policy apply to all Muscle Tattoo members, participants, event attendees, and users of our services. By applying for or using a Muscle Tattoo membership, you agree to all terms below.

1. Agreement & Acceptance

By joining Muscle Tattoo, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not access or participate in any services, events, or activities.

2. Eligibility

Membership is open to individuals aged 16 years and above.

Members under 18 must have parent or guardian consent where required.
All information provided must be accurate and up to date.

3. Community Standards & Behaviour

Muscle Tattoo is an inclusive, respectful, and professional environment. All members must:

Respect others regardless of gender, identity, culture, or background
Avoid harassment, discrimination, bullying, or abusive behaviour
Not engage in illegal, unsafe, or disruptive activities
Follow all safety rules, staff instructions, and event guidelines

Muscle Tattoo reserves the right to remove or suspend any member who breaches these standards, without refund.

4. Health, Fitness & Personal Responsibility

Participation in fitness, wellness, and event activities is at your own risk. By participating, you confirm that:

You are physically and mentally fit to participate
You will seek medical advice if unsure
You will stop activities if you feel unwell

To the extent permitted by law, Muscle Tattoo is not responsible for injuries, health issues, or accidents arising from participation.

5. Events, Services & Changes

Muscle Tattoo may modify, cancel, or reschedule services, events, pricing, or membership features at any time. We aim to provide notice where possible but are not liable for changes beyond our control.

6. Membership & Payments

This membership is a 12-month contract and cannot be cancelled early due to change of mind.
Membership fees must be paid as agreed
Memberships are non-transferable unless approved
No refunds will be given for non-attendance, change of mind, or misconduct
Access may be restricted if payments are not made

7. Liability & Risk Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Muscle Tattoo is not liable for any loss, injury, damage, theft, or incident occurring during participation
Members accept full responsibility for their actions
Any illegal or harmful activity may be reported to authorities

Nothing in this clause excludes rights that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

8. Media & Content Use

By attending events or participating in activities, you consent to:

Being photographed or recorded
Use of your image or likeness for marketing, social media, and promotional purposes

If you do not wish to be recorded, you must notify staff in writing.

9. Intellectual Property

All branding, content, materials, and designs are the property of Muscle Tattoo. You may not copy, distribute, or use them without written permission.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

Muscle Tattoo collects and uses personal information to:

Manage memberships and bookings
Communicate with members
Improve services and experiences

We may collect:

Name, contact details, and basic personal information
Relevant health information only when necessary for safety

Your data will:

Be stored securely
Not be sold to third parties
Only be shared with trusted providers where required to deliver services

You have the right to request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data.

11. Safety & Legal Compliance

Members must comply with all laws and regulations. Muscle Tattoo may refuse service or remove individuals where safety, legal, or community standards are at risk.

12. Termination of Membership

Muscle Tattoo may suspend or terminate membership at any time if:

Terms are breached
Behaviour is unsafe, abusive, or inappropriate
Fraud or misuse occurs

No refunds will apply in these cases.

13. Updates to Terms

These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of services means you accept the updated Terms.
